Training Session Part II: Product Specific Rules for luminaires

Following our first training session in December 2024, which introduced the basics of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), our second training will focus on product specific rules for lighting products and the work of LightingEurope to harmonise rules for lighting products.

The training, which will be conducted by experts from the LightingEurope membership, aims to create a common understanding of LCAs and EPDs, by elaborating on tools, content, and functions of EPDs. Furthermore, the training will explain the essential role of LCA and EPD standards, by reviewing the relevant standards and highlighting the essentials for lighting. Finally, the training aims to help participants to continue their learning journey towards creating and utilising LCAs and EPDs.

The training slides password and recordings are only available to LightingEurope's Members and registered participants.
